Madison, Wis. - University of Wisconsin-La Crosse junior Rachel LaValley of Eau Claire (Memorial) has been selected the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Women's Diver of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday.

LaValley swept the one-meter and three-meter diving competition in UW-La Crosse's dual victory at UW-Eau Claire Dec. 12. 

She won the one-meter with 240.25 points and the three-meter with 267.45.

It is the second athlete of the week honor for LaValley this season.

UW-L returns to action Friday, Jan. 22 at the Get to the Point Invitational beginning at 9 a.m.
