UW-Whitewater 184.825, UW-La Crosse 181.900
Whitewater, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse gymnastics squad dropped a WIAC dual at UW-Whitewater Saturday night, 184.825 to 181.900. The Eagles had three individuals,
Morgan Shene,
Katrina Schuch and
Jenna Swails win individual titles in the dual.
Shene tied for first on the balance beam (9.450) while Schuch and Swails tied for first on the floor exercise (9.500). Shene was also fourth on the uneven parallel bars (9.400) while Swails finished second (9.350) and Schuch tied for fifth (9.200) on the vault.
UW-L's
Christa Booman was second on the uneven parallel bars (9.575) with
Jen Andersen placing fifth (9.275) and
Rachel Riesterer and
Kristen Buschke tying for sixth (9.175).
Kahlynn Hunt was fourth on the vault (9.225) Saturday while
Rachel Budelier finished fourth (9.350) and
Jessica Herrmann tied for fifth (9.225) on the balance beam.
UW-L returns to action Friday, January 27 at the UW-Stout Zuerlein Invitational at 6:30 p.m.
