The Eagles are currently ranked first in the most recent USTFCCCA team rankings and first in the team dual meet rankings.
In his 22nd season as UW-L's head coach, Healy has been named the WIAC Outdoor Coach of the Year eight times. The Eagles have won six of the last seven outdoor conference titles. UW-L has won 15 outdoor and 13 indoor league crowns under Healy. He has been named the WIAC Indoor Coach of the Year 10 times in his career.
Buchholtz was selected the 2013 USTFCCCA Midwest Region Men's Outdoor Coach of the Year after leading UW-L to its 23rd consecutive league title. The Eagles won this year's title with 223.0 points as they captured four individual crowns and had one relay first-place finish during the two-day conference meet. The 16 national crowns are the most in NCAA Division III history. The Eagles scored 74 team points to capture this year's title, defeating runner-up UW-Oshkosh by 34 points. Buchholtz has been selected the WIAC Men's Indoor Track & Field Coach of the Year four times in his career, including the last three seasons. UW-L won its 12th straight indoor league title in February.
